ABOUT
Ning Li is an Assistant Professor in the Institute for Integrative Toxicology. Her research focuses on ambient air pollutants and the malignant behavior of human lung cancer.
Dr. Li received her M.D. from Capital Medical University in Beijing, China. She also received her M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed post-graduate training at Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen in Belgium, and served as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California Los Angeles.
RESEARCH
Dr. Li investigates changes in the amount and composition of ambient air pollutants on the induction and progression of human lung cancer and the underlying mechanisms associated with this disease.
