ROBERT FOLBERG

ABOUT

Robert Folberg is the Director of Community Engaged Scholarship in Southeast Michigan. His research focuses on the biology uveal melanoma.

Dr. Folberg received his MD degree from Temple University and is board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Ophthalmology. Prior to joining MSU, he was the deputy director of the University of Illinois Cancer Center from 2003 to 2005. More recently, he served at Oakland University as founding dean of the William Beaumont School of Medicine and chief academic officer of the William Beaumont Hospital
