Associate/ Full Professor - Henry Ford + MSU Cancer Faculty
Henry Ford Health and Michigan State University have formed a transformative research partnership—Henry Ford + MSU—focused on advancing health through innovation and collaboration. We are seeking up to 10 exceptional cancer researchers to join a new, interdisciplinary team on our Detroit campus, supported by major investments in talent, research infrastructure, and a new state-of-the-art facility. Candidates should hold a PhD, MD, DO, DVM, ScD, DNP, or equivalent in a biomedical or related field, with a strong track record of impactful research, peer-reviewed publications, and sustained or potential extramural funding. We are especially interested in individuals who can lead an internationally recognized research program, mentor effectively, collaborate across disciplines and institutions, and contribute to professional and institutional service. Appointments are available through either institution, with competitive support packages and academic rank commensurate with experience.

Ast/Asc/Full Prof. TS - Cancer Stem Cell Biology
The Precision Health Program (PHP) at Michigan State University is accepting applications for a Tenure System faculty position, rank of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor commensurate with experience and qualifications. Led by Dr. Anna Moore, Associate Dean for the College of Human Medicine, PHP is a newly established university-wide vigorous program currently consisting of five laboratories conducting independent research in the areas of cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and nanobiotechnologies (https://precisionhealth.msu.edu). The Program occupies the second floor of the Interdisciplinary Sciences and Technology Building, constructed by the university in September of 2019. The successful candidates will be highly motivated and innovative scientists with a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences, 8-10 years of research experience and a track record of excellence in of cancer stem cell biology research, including familiarity with research applications of in vivo imaging and direct experience with cancer stem cell biology.

Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Tenure System
The Institute for Quantitative Health Science and Engineering (IQ) and the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) at Michigan State University are inviting applications for a tenure-system faculty position in biomedical science, broadly defined. Areas of interest include, but may not be limited to: big data, bioengineering, cancer biology, cell biology, chemical biology, computational biology, developmental biology, imaging, neuroengineering, regenerative medicine, stem cell biology, structural biology, synthetic biology, systems biology, or related fields. The College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University (MSU) invites applications for multiple tenured full-time research positions (Associate or Full Professor) in the highly prolific and rapidly growing Charles Stewart Mott Department of Public Health in Flint, Michigan. These generous positions offer a unique opportunity for established researchers who seek to continue highly impactful programs of implementation, intervention, and policy research in topics that are both relevant to Flint and widely applicable. These include equity, social determinants of health, behavioral health, healthy behaviors, chronic disease, maternal-child health, and environmental justice, among others. We seek to hire a faculty colleague who is motivated to develop an independently funded research program that addresses cancer health disparities, with a future focus that includes minority populations, particularly Native Americans. The ideal candidate for this open rank tenure-track position will have a substantial record of achievement in discerning the molecular basis of cancer, including etiology, diagnostics, prevention, and/or treatment.
Prior engagement with minority communities, including Native American populations, in biomedical research and training is desirable. An interest in furthering health equity through research, training and community engagement is integral to this position.
